THEY CAME TO MY HOME AND INSTALLED A NEW DIGITAL THERMOSTAT FOR MY AC UNIT. IT STOPPED WORKING TWICE. THEY REPLACED IT THE FIRST TIME. THE SECOND TIME I TOLD THEM I WANTED THEM TO TAKE IT OUT AND PUT MY OLD MERCURY SWITCH BACK ON AND GIVE ME A REFUND, THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND AND SAID THEY WOULD HAVE TO CHARGE ME FOR A SERVICE CALL TO COME TO MY HOME AGAIN.
I AM IN THE SERVICE BUSINESS AND WE DON'T OPERATE LIKE THIS.
IF SOMETHING WE INSTALL BREAKS; WE FIX IT FREE OF CHARGE NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES IT TAKES.
